These Terms govern your access to and use of the Damen platform ("Service"), operated by Damen for corporate customers in the insurance industry. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Service is provided to companies and authorised employees. The first registered email per company becomes the company administrator and is responsible for managing team members and permissions.
2. Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate company and contact information.
- Generic or disposable email addresses are not accepted; corporate domains are required.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its security or operation.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. AI features
AI-generated outputs (summaries, recommendations, drafts) are provided as assistance only and do not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
6. Subscriptions and fees
Subscription tiers, billing cycles, and trial terms are presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; deletion requests are handled per our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Riyadh.
